Muy linda experiencia!! Hermoso hotel! Todo muy nuevo, amplio, muy limpio, tranquilo, hermosa vista, Excelente ubicacion!! Atencion excelente por todos (Alan, Eduardo y todos), 100%recomendable, lo unico malo en ocasiones, en la ducha, la temperatura del agua estaba fria! Pero sin duda volveriamos!!!
Buen hotel, buena atención en recepción, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, tiene elevador, piscina pequeña. Estuve 4 noches y 5 días los primeros dos días nos dejaron cafe y agua gratis después ya no.
Excelente hotel en el centro de playa del Carmen. La atención del personal impecable, y muy amables. Limpieza y organización muy buenos. La piscina en la terraza algo pequeña pero siempre limpia. La terraza cuenta con lugares para tomar sol. No tiene estacionamiento propio, se debe estacionar en la calle pero siempre hay lugares y fue seguro. A 100 metros de la 5ta avenida
El hotel es bueno, está pequeño pero las habitaciones amplias, está cercas de la quinta avenida, de la playa de restaurantes y no es necesario estar tomando taxis. La alberca esta pequeña y tiene terraza. Lo único que le hace falta a la habitación es un espejo afuera del baño
Muy buen hotel. Los cuartos son diferentes a los clásicos de hotel. Es una buena mezcla entre lo elegante y lo playero. En la suite, que es bastante grande, el.aire es demasiado chico para enfriar el cuarto, pero hay suficientes ventiladores como para que no sea un problema.
El hotel está ubicado a 20 minutos caminando de la terminal de ADO y a una cuadra de la 5ta avenida. Nuestra habitación estaba en el primer piso y era bastante amplia. Las camas buenas para descansar, todo impecable de limpio. Tiene una pequeña alberca en el 5tp piso y los chicos de recepción muy amables.

Great family suite on the 4th floor, right below the rooftop patio, pool and sundeck. I was working while here, so internet access was extremely important, and it has been the best that I've experienced across the west coast of Mexico in Cancun, PDC, or Tulum. Friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent rooftop pool, and just a few blocks away from the beach. Will stay here again if I find my way back
